AWS Go SDKs to natively support AWS SSO

Describe the issue

The doc says AWS SSO is not natively supported in the AWS Go SDK, but support was added in both v1 and v2 SDKs.

If you authenticate to AWS using AWS SSO, some AWS SDKs (including the Go SDK) don’t yet support this natively.
