Provide an XSLT to combine renditions and styles

We may have both @rendition and @style if Word has added values for some setting (though they even may be identical to those in the style definition).
I order to remove complexity, provide an XSLT that overrides values from @rendition with those from @styles (cf. work in baukast:2020003)
