BlueRetro RetroScaler Neo Geo adapter issue (C Button not working)

Hi guys,
I got 2 BlueRetro RetroScaler Neo Geo adapters from Aliexpress.

One works great, the other one behaves weird (even if it is the same model and even has the same Firmware).
On of of the 2 adapters:

• the C Button not working
• my 161 in 1 card starts the first game in the list directly when powering on my Neo Geo, if the adapter is inserted

Does anyone know how to fix it? Or have i got a broken device?

One is defective, either the connector is simply bad or is not soldered properly.
