I'm not sure that this placement is ideal. It seems like it's not quite as an important an element as it's placement dictates. It also seems like a different type of information that campaign finance info which all comes from the Secretary of State.
I think giving it a bit of a more distinct styling (maybe a background color) could help distinguish that this is a distinct type of content. And maybe a little lower in the visual hierarchy?
