Question about low overall confidence scores #55
Description
I have tried several designs and all inputs were from RFDifussion All Atom. I mostly used the default parameters, but all generated sequences typically have an overall confidence scores from 0.3 to 0.5. The ligand confidence score seems to be good (with some in the range of 0.7-1), since the binding site was pre-seeded in RFDifussion All Atom.
My question is whether the overall confidence scores from 0.3 to 0.5 is an expected phenomenon? Or would it indicate problems? If so, how do I get designs with overall confidence scores in the range of 0.6 and above?
