M&L Superstar Saga Flickering Bug

Not sure what is causing this, I've tried many different settings, different patching modes, and even tried patching with Super Card (That just causes white screen, although i'm fairly sure that happens for most games patched with Super Card) and this keeps happening

apparently this happens on Gameboy Players so i've got no clue what's going on here.

This happens due to the SuperCard's slow RAM. I get this issue, too, and I don't believe there is anything that can be done about it (other than using a better flashcard, or soldering in faster RAM). This is normal for larger games, which kind of sucks, but it is stable.

Overclocking the ewram seemed to help a lot so i guess that's the solution i'm going with for now :)

Nevermind, reopening as issue can't be fixed with EWRAM overclock, for some reason it WAS working with ewram overclock, not sure what i did but now it crashes on the intro (Nintendo logo, just after game boy player logo) with EWRAM overclock enabled
Though i am unsure if anything can be done about this.

Try to disable in-game-menu it works fine for me .
