Description:
I’m experiencing an issue with firmware 0.19 (Chris variant) on my SuperChris flashcard where games fail to load from Flash when using a Game Boy Advance AGB-001.
The same setup works correctly when used with a Nintendo DS, so the issue appears to be specific to the AGB-001 hardware.
⸻
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Flash firmware version 0.19 (Chris variant).
2. Write a game to Flash with DS or AGB-001.
3. Start the game from flash.
⸻
Expected Behavior:
The game should boot normally from Flash.
⸻
Actual Behavior:
- The screen turns completely white.
- There are noticeable/weird sound distortions.
- The game does not boot.
⸻
Troubleshooting Performed:
- Erased the Flash and reinstalled the game.
- Reflashed the firmware (0.19 Chris variant).
- Verified that the same setup works correctly on a Nintendo DS.
- Games run fine when non running from flash on the AGB-001.
None of the above resolved the issue.
