Develop a CLI for interacting with and or administering the Ardtweeno Gateway #24
Description
Develop a CLI script which can be bundled into the GEM which can communicate with and control the gateway once authenticated with the administrator API key. Allow the retrieval of statistics and usage values through the CLI also.
