Allowing arbitrary concurrency

@joellabes I noticed on #88 you referencing the concurrency flag, I have a fix in place to allow for arbitrary concurrency coming soon. Many issues with getting the docker runtime to work nicely with this. Hopefully should allow us to run all the tasks simultaneously without error or hacks.

@RobertIsmo do you think that makes #88 redundant? It's solving a collision outside of the docker images so I think it's still useful, but not an expert at all.

@joellabes No, #88 should be useful still, there are a few other issues with arbitrary concurrency that need to be solved, like running out of network interfaces etc...
