Describe the bug
For some reason, it appears that CircleCI uses the latest version of the code from the PR, but GitHub Actions doesn't use the code in the PR.
If that is the case, then the GitHub CI isn't trustworthy 😭.
I'm just gonna merge under the assumption that it clears things up.
