Mai - Meta Glasses Browser Extension & API v1.0.0

A complete overhaul of the meta vision api to turn it into a much more user friendly browser extension.

It allows you to create a simple client based bot for messenger using an alt account that can answer questions, describe images, generate speech and monitor messenger video calls.

It's highly configurable and comes with a wide variety of providers to suit your use case out of the box.

Text Queries:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• DeepSeek
• xAI
• Gemini
• Perplexity

Speech Generation (with your query):

• OpenAI
• Elevenlabs
• Minimax

Installation

1. unzip the extension

2. head to your extensions page in your browser

3. enable developer mode

4. load unpacked (or the firefox equivalent)
