pypi and github metadata link to non-existent project page

Currently, both https://pypi.org/project/olefile/ and https://github.com/decalage2/olefile (cf. about side bar) link to

http://www.decalage.info/olefile

which currently returns a http 404 status code.

Thus, perhaps you want to resurrect that URL and/or update those metadata links.
