I am sure I read somewhere that you do not store enough data to generate a gpx file later on. Was this the case?

My use-case is to log to this for all trips but then also store gpx files for sharing with others later on.

Hi @CrappyTan,

since v1.4.0 we have the possibility to export your data (the one Reitti knows about anymore) to a GPX file. I was thinking about a daily export triggered in the night of the data. But not right now.

To get the raw GPS Data from your device you have two options:

1. Use GPSLogger. Additionally to sending the data to reitti, it also stores a daily GPX file or CSV file on your device.
2. When using Owntracks, instead of sending the data directly into owntracks. Send it into Owntracks-recorder and connect Reitti to the recorder. See https://www.dedicatedcode.com/projects/reitti/owntracks-recorder/

That way you would have a way to export the raw data.

Everything Reitti could export is already cleaned up and mangeled with.
