a serious bug in dataset

in the h5py document,MatSci loss 15,17questions ,but 25,28 is more.bucause there is 0-24, and 25,28 is out of range.
I don't kown if 25,28 is correspond to 15,17 or 16 is correspond to 15.....
looking forward to a solve!!!
