astroclean download file wont open

I am able to open the files on the astro sharp just fine but when i run astro clean and down load the file it will not open in any program.

Just double checking, does it have the .tif extension on the end of the file when you save it?

OK. When you save the file, make sure it has a ".tif" extension. You can probably just rename the file that you already saved with .tif at the end and it should open.
