Add section on terminology

There's a lot of jargon used throughout the project. Let's add a section to help clarify some terms. Some examples of this include:

• dependency graph
• manifest files
• organization
• module
• source
• dependency
• dependent

This should be added to the /docs/concept/ page once gh-53 is merged

A lot of the architectural stuff was moved into an ARCHITECTURE.md file instead of hosting it on the site. I was starting to make the site more end user specific and keep more of the dev/ops centered things in the repo.

Agreed. We could add a page for technical documentation and link out to relevant docs like architecture, contributing, releasing, etc. Feel free to throw up a pull request. I'm digging into a few things on the indexer side right now.
