Message not showing

I am a Plus membership and yesterday I have updated the image to the latest version 2025.8.2. After that, if I sent any message via API, I get success JSON response, but the message is not displaying in my WhatsApp app.
Below is the sample text message response which I have tried in Swagger.

I tried restart the docker engine, deleted the session and added newly. But this issue exist.
So please help me, what causing this issue and how to resolve it.

Is it Brazilian number?

You should use the GET /api/contacts/check-exists endpoint before sending a message to a new phone number to get the correct chatId because of the additional 9-digit number added after 2012.

It’s fine to send the response to chatId for incoming messages, though - the payload already has the correct chatId.

It is Indian phone number, And it is one of my secondary number only which I am using on my another phone. Till yesterday I received messages to that number. After updated the image to 2025.8.2, the API send the message and no error. But it is not showing in my WhatsApp app and also that number not received the message.

Note: For whatsapp group, it is delivering the messages perfectly. Only to individual contacts it is not delivering the messages. But no error on JSON response. But message is not delivering.

I am using WAHA-PLUS WEBJS Chrome(2025.8.2).

Please help me on this. While sending to individual number around 30 numbers, only 3 getting delivered. Rest all not receiving messages. All are in my contact list and my friends only. None has blocked me.
