ArcGIS outgoing not writing data

New ETL creates layer in ArcGIS Online but no data is displayed in the layer table. No filter is applied.
Credentials are correct.

Portal URL contained typo: https://co-dfpc.maps.arcgis.com//sharing/rest
This was fixed and while the UI showed the connection was established using the typo url and the url without a typo, data still did not come through. A new feature service was published and still no success.
