Encoding of data : Markdown or XML ? #18

Hi there !
While we were working on the French translation, the encoding system of TaDiRAH felt unsafe or at least unreliable :
- Connection between translations is based on order, which means that potential additions will break translations correspondences
- Intra-language links are unclear
- Intra-language links can sometime point to nothing (Take a look at the undefined techniques of structural_analysis for example)
I am feeling like Markdown is a useful tool for drafting and visualization, but could we actually move to an XML scheme (whatever it would be) and XSL that would transform to simple markdown ? There could even be a service like Travis which would be responsible for automatic transformation of XML ?
