Windows ARM is not supported

Hi,

At the moment I cannot use this action because SMCTL is not supported on Windows ARM. When I use this action on the GitHub third-party Windows ARM runner I get this warning:

smtools-win32-arm64 is not supported

Will Windows ARM be supported anytime soon?
