Improve error screen for IP-blocked regions

Describe the Bug

When you select the region Wickede - Wimbern or other IP-blocked regions it shows "The request could not be processed." without a possibility to go back.

While this error is expected, it should be possible to go back to the region selection in that case.
Possibly, we also want the error message more descriptive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Malte.
2. from landing page select Wickede - Wimbern the last item in the list.

Expected Behavior

• It should be possible to go back/show the change location button at the top in case there is a failure. It might be quite difficult/impossible to implement the usual header go back button as we replace the route. But perhaps we can add a normal option somewhere on the error screen.

Probably this is one of the IP blocked regions in malte, the endpoint returns a 403. Same for web. @digitalfabrik/team-cms can you confirm this?

@nassabay could confirm as well if it is one of the blocked regions. Nonetheless, I think at least going back to region selection should be possible, right?

@FritjofK @svenseeberg @nassabay I am pinging you because I think you have the most insight by who/where the IP-blocking feature for the maltesers is used. Is it okay to show a more specific error message here and if yes, what should it look like? I was thinking something along the lines of Diese Inhalte sind nur innerhalb der Einrichtung verfübar or similar. Or was it an explicit wish that it is not clear for outsiders why the content is not available?

This is correct. In the facilities in NRW, access to Malte content is restricted to the local WLAN. Access is only possible with a connection to the local WLAN.

The goal of my contact person is to eventually remove this restriction entirely (i.e., not to do it anymore). However, currently, only 2 facilities still have active access restrictions. These facilities are:

• Wickede Wimbern (https://malteapp.de/wickedewimbern/de)
• ZUE Ibbenbüren (https://malteapp.de/ibbenbueren/de)

I think the idea of changing the error message "Die Verbindung zum Server ist fehlgeschlagen" is a good one.
My opinion: If it’s a task that takes a few minutes, go for it. If it involves "a lot of work", I’d recommend not doing it necessarily. As mentioned, the goal is no longer to use it. Additionally, I’ve never received any information about a misunderstanding of the text.

If it involves "a lot of work", I’d recommend not doing it necessarily. As mentioned, the goal is no longer to use it. Additionally, I’ve never received any information about a misunderstanding of the text. (Just my opinion:-) )

Then I'd not do this as it would involve adding a new constant and translating it in all languages. However, we should make sure that it is possible to recover from this error screen and select another region (as there also might be other reasons why we show an error here).
