Bulk Action translation fails / times out with large amount of pages/words #3852

Describe the Bug

When bulk translating a lot of pages/words the system times out eventually.

Reportedly it timed out on Admin after ~7 and ~10 minutes in attempts to translate pages with 67279 words.

From testing I did on cms-test:
Region: Düsseldorf
505 pages, 48167 words

Test 1 - German to Turkish:

• DeepL: Timeout after ~5 minutes
• Google Translate: Success after ~4 minutes

Test 2 - German to Ukranian:

• DeepL: Cancelled after ~4 minutes: "A problem with DeepL API has occurred. Please contact an administrator. " ~50% was translated
• Google Translate: Success after ~4-5 minutes

It's only a small sample size of two, but the issue might be related to DeepL?

More tests/investigation required.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: A region with a lot of pages / words and translation budget

1. Go to 'Pages'
2. Switch language to the language you want to translate to
3. Select bulk action "Machine translate selected pages via [DeepL/Google Translate] to [language]"
4. Execute bulk action
5. Wait for calculation of budget to be used
6. Click 'Confirm'
7. Wait for time-out

Expected Behavior

No time out / internal server error. Everything gets translated

Actual Behavior

Time out / internal server error after some minutes. Nothing gets translated.
