Show appointment link in contact cards #4227
Description
Motivation
Appointment links can be added to contacts directly, so the link that is added there should be shown in the contact cards as the link might differ from the general appointment link for the POI.
Proposed Solution
Show the words: Terminvereinbarungslink (German version)/appointment link (English version) with the link behind the word

Additional Context
We currently have translation issues with the words inside the contact cards - i.e weekdays, responsible for and also now appointment link will currently not be translated. The solution still needs to be figured out. The appointment link should still already be included.
