Somehow it seems it has no record of it being running.

Hi all, the other thing that is quite interesting is that I get a flock() / fclose() on the log files.

Any clues what might be happening?

You have a permission issue: the TCAT process cannot write lock and log files. Make sure the user as which TCAT runs has write permission to the proc and logs directories.

Hi @xmacex I did changed the permissions for the folder as it can be seen down here, with no real change

Do I need to change it at the apache level? or do you have any other clue
