✅ Implementation Complete: Custom Nodes Now Searchable from Node Palette

I've successfully implemented the feature to make custom nodes (including uninstalled ones) searchable directly from the Node Palette filter. The catalog search functionality is now integrated into the main palette sidebar.

Integrated Search: When you search in the palette filter (left sidebar), it now searches both installed nodes AND the Node-RED catalog
Available Nodes Section: Uninstalled modules appear in a dedicated "Available Nodes" section below installed nodes
Visual Distinction: Available nodes have dashed borders and reduced opacity to clearly differentiate them from installed nodes
Direct Installation: Each available node has an "Install" button for immediate installation without opening the Palette Manager
Performance Optimized: Debounced search (300ms) prevents overwhelming the catalog API, results limited to 10 items
Responsive Design: Tested and working at both desktop and laptop resolutions

Testing Results:

✅ Successfully tested searching for "dashboard" - shows dashboard-related packages
✅ Successfully tested searching for "modbus" - shows modbus-related packages
✅ Clear button properly hides available nodes section
✅ Works correctly at multiple screen resolutions (1920x1080, 1366x768)

Implementation Details:

Modified palette.js to load and search the Node-RED catalog
Added new styles in palette.scss for visual distinction
Reused catalog loading logic from palette-editor.js for consistency
Install functionality delegates to existing palette editor methods
