Config file variable SSP_number_observations is not called and is hard coded to be 2 in MiniDifi

The config file variable SSP_number_observations (the number of observations of an object during one night required to produce a valid tracklet) is not called/used in PPLinkingFilter or PPMiniDifi. It is currently hard coded to be 2 in this function:
