need to update default config sql query

Default SQL query in the config file for the LSST pointing db's still uses "filter" as a column search. Newer simulation db's like the SV ones now use "band" (even though "physical_filter" still exists, it now does more than just ugrizy, and has more strings like "i_39")

This is more complicated as our tests are running using the default config file and I don't think it's wise to change over all the tests to the new database format including our demo which we use in the unit tests at least right now.

We can start with the documentation and adding in a message in the config file copy to the url to the read the docs page that gives the options for what query to put in/points the user to the online documentation or that asks what you're doing and automatically updates that field for the user.
