Flag Application Command Option Type - Feature Request

THIS IS A FEATURE REQUEST THAT IS NOT SUPPORTED BY DISCORD YET

What i would like is a flag Application Command Option Type that works like a boolean type but without the True/False options.

And example of this would be:
flag is False by default
/command group subcommand = flag False
/command group subcommand flag = flag True

Optimal boolean options are practically useless right now since you would still have to set the default behavior as explained above, you just also have to select the True or False.

The only thing to keep in mind about this is you probably needs to make it optimal / request false only as if the argument above is being flipped when it's request.

Flags would make it super easy for developer to add simple boolean options instead of having users to select the True/False options.

considering you can already implement something that does this, and how way more important option types have still not been added, i doubt discord will ever take time to add this ngl

1. No, you can not do this right now, the only way to "do it" would be to make a whole different command just for this which would be an insane "solution", to a level where i wouldn't even say it's a solution
2. It's still very much useful and still just a feature request

/cmd boolArg, textarg Would the boolArg just be assumed if I just enter the text? i.e -> /cmd hello world = /cmd false hello world
/cmd2 boolArg1, boolArg2, choice, autocomplete -> /cmd2 choiceA autocompleteChoiceC

Do you think on larger param commands this might confuse users a little bit? Because when submitting the command you are just outright not passing anything to several parameters so it would look a little bit off?

Yes and no, i think making it only work for optional use would be the right way to go about it
Obviously allowing it to be required would be useless and confusing

My thought about the option would be like using a flag, use_ephemeral, use_view for a few examples

Optimal boolean options are practically useless as you would have to handle when the option isn't set/selected either way, for an example in the ephemeral case does not selecting the boolean option mean it should not send the message as ephemeral, but when it's selected should it

The best way do go about it in my opinion would be to make boolean options use options/choices (True/False) when the option is required, but when it's not required then not use options/choices (True/False) / my request
^ or an even better way to go about is to make a new options type that's just flag which only can be optimal

I have updated the description to make it more clear what i'm requesting, i would please ask you guys to read the description instead of just reading the title and assuming the rest, the majority of the comment on this has already been so mind boggling false and unproductive
