add funtion with LED indecation low power and low soil moisture #60

Could you please add funtion with low power LED lighting and soil moisture < 20% LED flash all the time. in the case, even without read the data in homeassistant it can be easy to check the low power of battery and low soil moisture only through the LED status. thank you very much!
