[Proposal] Display related PRs using icons rather than text #308
Description
Currently we display related PRs as text:
It might be beneficial to represent these using the same icons used on github, which feels more polished and conveys more information at a glance:

You'll need to include a Github PR personal access token in your secrets file. It doesn't need any particular permissions to query the django/django repo.
