i40e frame errors/drops

hi, we are facing an issue between a checkpoint firewall using i40e interface and gigamon apparently gigamon sends some gigamon discovery traffic that is causing frame errors/drops and we cant disable that, we dont see that behavior on a different type of interface card with different firmware version can we release a fix for that?
