Use of decord to read videos hangs without any error/warn message.

This can be frustrating especially in cases of using decord in a broader context (e.g. inference of Qwen3-Omni-30B-A3B-Instruct) where one processes millions of video files.

One can find a relevant report here QwenLM/Qwen3-VL#736 and can reproduce decord hanging using this example https://github.com/vipcxj/decord_hang .

I turned to use torchcodec instead, which is recommended by Qwen-3-Omni.
