Upgrade to Knockout 2.2

The latest version of Knockout supports $index from inside a foreach binding that I'd like to use. Can you please upgrade to the latest version of KO?

Hi, I was just wondering what the status of this gem is now. I, too, was hoping to use the latest knockout version. In the meantime I'm just including the js files directly, but I prefer to get vendor files from a gem for maintenance reasons.

I ended up not using this gem and am just using the default knockout-rails
gem. As a result, I won't be able to provide support for it. Sorry about
