I noticed the last commit to this repository was over 3 years ago, and there are currently 68 open pull requests pending review.

I'm interested in contributing (specifically adding a new CLI tool), but wanted to check:

1. Is this repository still being actively maintained?
2. Are pull requests being reviewed and merged?
3. If you're looking for help with maintenance, would you consider adding additional maintainers?

This is a fantastic resource for the AWS community, and I'd love to see it continue to grow.

I'm just a PR subscriber. I haven't seen any response from the repo owner for years.

Nonetheless a few of stay subcribed to the PRs on this repo just to discover new tools worth sharing!

Post the PR anyway so that other subscribers can check it out if they like the sound of it.
