Ah, if you have evil enabled, I believe it's bound to M-h (alt-h or option-h, depending on your keyboard). Also accessible with M-x Info-help.

Alternatively, you can temporarily turn off evil in the current buffer by typing C-z (ctrl-z), then all the normal emacs keys will work.

Another detail that might help, at any time you can type C-h k (ctrl-h, then k) followed by any key sequence, and Emacs will tell you what command is bound to that key (as well as what other alternative keys they may be bound to, especially where evil is enabled). For example, this is the documentation for Info-next (brought up with C-h k n):

With evil enabled, it's on gj. With it disabled, it's on n.
