Uh oh!

I confirm that...
I searched the FAQ, issue tracker, discussions board, documentation, and wiki, and did not find an answer to my question.

What is your question?
When I open a Common Lisp file in Emacs, I immediately get an error in the REPL:
If I just fire up the REPL on the command line, I can load the file and call its functions without error.
I googled the error to no avail. I configured Emacs to point at the correct quicklisp directory, but that didn't change anything.
Any ideas? Below is the REPL backtrace.
