Doom Emacs Org-mode-ui not updating immediately

What is your question?

So I have org mode ui enabled in my doom emacs. My issue is that when I save the node file in doom, it doesn't automatically update in my ui unless I click on a different node, close and reopen the sidebar, or reload the page.

I attached my config file. Please let me know if this is something I can change
