ESR: A new (and still young) package to replace ESS

Hi,

This is not a formal request but rather an announcement that someone is attempting to create a replacement for ESS (https://github.com/emacs-ess/ESS) using built-in Emacs features (e.g., tree-sitter).

The project is called ESR (https://codeberg.org/teoten/esr)

It is still young and requires more work to be completely functional, but it has the potential to replace its predecessor.

I hope someday the package is ready and it could be included in Doom.
