Explore using the ripgrep wrapper ripgrep-all, for targetting more filetypes (PDFs, .tgz, …)

I was just made aware of ripgrep-all (thanks, @frodera!), and immediately thought that this could perhaps be a better entrypoint for Doom than ripgrep itself.

Not all filetypes will be useful to recurse into (Emacs won’t be able to do anything useful with a .mkv, AFAIK), but others like PDFs and tar archives definitely would.

At any rate, I wanted to post this in case anybody find that notion interesting.
