TUI Refactor (v1.3.0-rc)

I'm refactoring the TUI to have new features and a new layout. Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Features:

• Additional Vim keybinds
  • g / G
  • Ctrl+u / Ctrl+d
• Mouse support
• Nerd Font Icons support (with ASCII fallback)
• Scrollbar indicators
• DeltaE method selection
• dipc info popup/panel/section
• File info
• TUI theme support (currently uses TTY colors but in the preview above I'm using the Nord theme)
