Is it even possible to build F# project nuget package which will pass nuget explorer validation? #19142

I see even FSharp.Core fails it https://nuget.info/packages/FSharp.Core/10.0.100

Checked bunch of nuget packages on nuget.org - none of them pass.

Best result I managed to achive is https://nuget.info/packages/linq2db.FSharp/6.0.0
