[apple] xHarness reporting not working properly on XCode 15.4 for dotnet/runtime tests #1287
Description
Tests outcome/results are not part of net.dot.<test_name>.log or the device log files, causing the runner to not detect exit code properly and fail with XHarness exit code: 82 (RETURN_CODE_NOT_SET).
