Uni-Dock License Update (March 10, 2025)

We have officially updated the license for the Uni-Dock project:

• Before: unidock/ was licensed under LGPL 3, while unidock_tools/ was Apache 2.0.
• Now: The entire repository is under Apache 2.0 for consistency and better compatibility.
• All contributors have agreed to this change.
