Allow spGrp to self-nest #141
Description
One spGrp cannot currently nest within another The request to make this possible has been approved in principle by (at least some of) the TEI council but has not yet made it in to a release. should i propose a mod to the dracor schema to support it? For details, see the TEI issue at TEIC/TEI#2695
