Handle "unknown" dates of death

Usually unknown dates of birth/death were left out of Wikidata, but you can also put in the information "unknown value", like for Karl Hebenstreit von Streitenfeld. This info is not parsed in a suitable way by us, see for example this play:

Could we handle explicitly marked unknown dates to display as such in our frontend, like "unknown?

Do we know that the URL http://www.wikidata.org/.well-known/genid/ba22c49072ff9d56cca7cf1c5ddc5998 actually represents the unknown state and is not some kind of exception? I would rather expect some Wikidata ID instead. Are there more examples of authors with unknown birth or death dates?

Yes, the value "unknown value" is featured in the list of examples of the Wikidata property (see "Wikidata property example").
