Revise speaker JSONs

The speaker JSON files added or modified in #40 in several occasions lead to dropped who attributes after regenerating the TEI files. See for instance tei/barry-ram-alley.xml, line 445. We should examine 017c005 and add the missing references to the JSON files.

Just an hypothesis: could it perhaps depend from the fact that the who-is interface does not automatically update the speakers' tab yet when changing the ids in particDesc (and therefore, especially with minor variations, one might overlook that some characters are now linked to stale who-tags and save the json?)

Just as a quick check, in the TEI files that currently have a particDesc there are about 1910 sp elements that don't have a @who attribute. With #48 this number increases to 3263. Some of those sps don't contain a speaker and would probably have to be fixed manually, if at all. For the others, maybe we can find a scripted solution to reintroduce the missing @whos and probably particDesc entries.

This is the grep command I used for a quick and dirty count:
