Metadata template for manuscripts

Some projects would like to add dramatic texts from manuscripts to NeoLatDraCor. These plays have mostly not been published yet. Thus, we may add the metadata types

I would add these columns just to the central metadata file and not the Word metadata template, as we plan to reduce the metadata template, and manuscripts are a special case. @cmil, @daliboris, do you agree?

We may discuss the revision of the XProc pipeline for transforming the central metadata file to TEI skeletons elsewhere.

I would preferer to keep repertoire of metadata the same in the central metadata table and in the Word document - of course, except for data related only to NeoLatDraCor (like "prose/verse" or "status").

I've two reasons for that:

1. there will be only one transformation from metadata to TEI format (no maintenance and synchronization of two transformation scenarios will be needed)
2. allowing people to start with Word document only that generates metadata in the <teiHeader> will be interesting for people who don't want to share data with NeoLatDraCor right from the beginning - it could increase amount of plays prepared in TEI
