SBO and JSBML versions need to be updated

Hello,

Similarly to an issue with SBMLsqueezer (draeger-lab/SBMLsqueezer#6), it looks like the bundled versions of SBO and JSBML are outdated and the programs are having trouble running with recent SBML models.

I have attached the problematic SBML files in the issue linked above.
