[feature] Compare colors with tolerance #4
Description
It would be nice to be able to compare two colors and see not just if they're precisely the same, but approximately the same within a given tolerance.
For example, If a user of an app has specified a background and a foreground that are near black and near white then there's no use trying to derive an accent color from either of those. But if the specified colors aren't close to black or white then I might derive an accent from those for a harmonious color theme.
