Guidance: How to add `missingValueCode` to attribute

Alessandra asked in Slack "could you share your example of adding multiple missingValueCodes for an attribute in a dataset, please?"

I couldn't immediately find an example in my long list of tickets, and didn't find a super helpful relevant piece of info in training or reference docs.
